Elizabeth (Liz) Luger, PhD, LP, is a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in individual therapy for adults and relationship therapy. Dr. Luger collaborates with clients experiencing a variety of presenting concerns to ensure they receive individualized treatments that work. For her work with distressed relationships, Dr. Luger specifically utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, the gold standard therapeutic modality for couples therapy. Whether working with individuals or relationships, Dr. Luger takes a holistic wellness approach, embraces diversity in all forms, and recognizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship to create a space that is conducive for acceptance as well as change. She has a passion for assisting clients explore their genuine selves and experience the growth and contentment that comes along with sincerity.

Dr. Luger received her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of North Dakota. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Michigan State University’s Counseling and Psychiatric Services in East Lansing, MI. She is working with her mentor (Dave Jackson, PhD, LP) in pursuit of the Certified EFT Therapist credential.
