Kristin Hoff, PsyD, LP, CMPC, is trained in the provision of clinical and sport psychology services. Dr. Hoff graduated with her PsyD from Xavier University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Notre Dame and her post-doctoral fellowship at The Ohio State University. Dr. Hoff also received her Certificate in Applied Sport Psychology from the University of Western States and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant ® through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology.

Dr. Hoff’s practice is focused on mental health and sport psychology services for athletes (age 18+). She conceptualizes athlete performance holistically, and she is committed to helping athletes develop, refine, and maintain mental skills to augment their physical training. She also helps athletes address concerns that may impact health and performance.

In addition to sport psychology services, Dr. Hoff provides therapy and skills coaching to adults with an ADHD diagnosis. Skills coaching is a collaborative process aimed to identify, practice, and modify skills to manage daily responsibilities.

In her spare time, Dr. Hoff enjoys hiking and playing fetch with her dog. She also enjoys recreational running and spending time with her family.
