Olivea Sehrt, MSW, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides therapy to adolescents (ages 12–17) and young adults (ages 18–25). She is passionate about supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, self-harm, life transitions, and mood-related difficulties. Olivea utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She values the mind–body connection and often incorporates breathing techniques and holistic practices into sessions. Olivea is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care and works collaboratively with each client to support meaningful growth and healing.

Olivea earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of North Dakota. She is currently working toward obtaining her LCSW license and is supervised by Katie Francis, MSW, LCSW/LICSW, and Megyn Useldinger, MSW, LCSW/LICSW.
