Telehealth

Several ATAGF clinicians have been offering telehealth for years, and we are excited that all of our clinicians are now offering this service. All of our clinicians provide telehealth to patients located in North Dakota, and some clinicians are able to offer this service to patients located in Minnesota.

Many of the services we offer, including individual therapy, couples & relationship therapy, and sport & performance psychology, can be offered using our secure telehealth platform. Other services may also be offered through telehealth on an as needed basis.

Telehealth refers to providing psychotherapy services remotely using telecommunications technologies, such as video conferencing or telephone. One benefit of telehealth is that the client and clinician can engage in services without being in the same physical location. This can be helpful in ensuring continuity of care if the client or clinician moves to a different location, takes an extended vacation, or is otherwise unable to meet in person. It is also more convenient and takes less time.

We verify all insurance benefits prior to your first appointment and accept most insurances. Insurance companies have been known to cover telehealth appointments in times of national emergencies (e.g., COVID-19).

If you have questions about telehealth or want to schedule with one of our providers, contact us at (701) 780-6821.
