Retreats & Workshops

For couples and families

Healthy relationships are the foundation of thriving families, strong workplaces, and resilient communities. Yet, it’s easy for couples and families to become disconnected and get in cycles of conflict and disagreement that leave them feeling isolated instead of supported.

We offer evidence-based relationship retreats and family workshops that are led by therapists trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and/or families. Many of our events are funded by external sources, which means you and your partner or family can join for free if you meet eligibility criteria!

Program Descriptions

Ultimately, each program helps couples and families:

  • Break out of cycles of conflict

  • Understand what drives disconnection

  • Create safety and trust

  • Deepen intimacy and emotional closeness

  • Connect in meaningful ways

You’ll leave with new skills, shared experiences, and a stronger sense of “we,” not just “me” and “you.”

These retreats are not couples therapy, and our family workshops are not family therapy.

If you want to begin couples or family therapy call us at (701) 780-6821 to connect with one of our talented couples therapists or family therapists.
